What areas do you operate in?
Dawn to Dusk Safaris operates from White River in Mpumalanga, offering experiences in the Greater Kruger National Park and surrounding regions, as well as from the Garden Route in the Western Cape, where we offer coastal and nature-based activities.
What is included in the tour price?
All our tours include a professional guide, comfortable transport (open safari vehicle, luxury minibus, or boat depending on the experience), and bottled water. Please note that meals, park/conservation fees, and gratuities are excluded unless otherwise stated.
What is not included?
Exclusions typically include meals, drinks (other than bottled water), personal expenses, optional extras, and entrance or park fees where applicable.
What is your booking cut-off time?
All bookings must be confirmed at least 24 hours prior to departure to ensure availability and proper coordination.
Do you offer pick-up and drop-off services?
Yes, we offer complimentary pick-up and drop-off from accommodation within the White River, Hazyview, Wilderness, and surrounding areas. Pick-up times will be confirmed upon booking.
What vehicles do you use?
We operate a fleet of open safari vehicles for game drives, luxury air-conditioned minibuses for scenic tours and transfers, comfortable 4×4 expedition vehicles for multi-day adventures, and a purpose-built barge for our Sundowner Boat Excursion.
Are children welcome on your tours?
Yes, children are welcome on all our tours. For safety reasons, we recommend a minimum age of 6 years for open safari vehicles. Private family options are available on request.
What should I bring?
We recommend comfortable clothing, closed shoes, a hat, sunscreen, a light jacket, and a camera. During the rainy season, please bring a waterproof layer.
What happens in case of bad weather?
For safety reasons, activities may be rescheduled or modified in the event of severe weather. Where possible, guests will be offered an alternative time or date.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before departure will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable. If a tour is cancelled due to weather or operational reasons, guests will be refunded or offered an alternative date.
